Returns
We cannot accommodate returns for opened and/or used products at this time. This means all open and/or used products sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
Exchanges
We can offer exchanges for unopened products only. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to exchange your product/s.
Damaged Products
If any of your items arrive damaged, you have up to 7 days to return damaged items to Skin by Karina. Products must be unused and unopened.
Shipping
All items are packed and shipped out by our staff and can take anywhere from 7-10 business days to be received. Please be aware that we place internal product orders every Saturday and they take about a week to come in. If you place your order on a weekday, we will order your product directly from the manufacturer that Saturday, and you should receive it the following Saturday. You can also schedule a product pickup at checkout to receive your order faster.
